Paid for a parcel online and printed my label. Cost was £3.95. Took my parcel to the branch at Wendover Road. Person said it was the wrong label and charged me £6.90. On line went by weight, 2kg. Branch went by size, said it was a medium. They said I could get a refund from online but when I tried, online said it was already was posted. These people have conned me and I am sure Iam not the first.
